Buddy Hield returns after two game absence

by Jason Micklewright | 76ers Correspondent | Thu, Nov 23rd 11:32am EST

Buddy Hield was back in the Kings' lineup for their home game against the Lakers on Wednesday night. Hield returned from the ankle injury, suffered late in the November 17th matchup with Portland, that kept him out for two games. He came in off the bench for a total of 15 minutes to secure 10 points, a rebound and a steal. He shot 4-for-7 including a 1-for-3 three-point effort.

Fantasy Impact:

Hield’s minutes were down from the 20-plus he’s typically been afforded. This is quite likely due to him being eased back in, but there’s also the increased playing time of Garrett Temple and Bogdan Bogdanovic to consider, who tallied 30 and 27 minutes respectively Wednesday night. Owners may want to see how Hield fares in his next game, home to the Clippers on Saturday, before going all-in. That said, his points were good for his limited playing time and this could be a good time to buy.
