Danny Green struggles, finishes with three points Tuesday night

by Christopher Berg | Wed, Dec 13th 9:33am EST

Danny Green struggled finding the bottom of the net scoring just three points on 1-for-6 shooting, including 1-for-4 from beyond the arc. Green did grab three rebounds and added one assist and two blocks over 24 minutes of action in the 95-89 loss to the Mavericks. This marked the fifth time in seven games Green has finished in single-digit scoring.

Fantasy Impact:

Green struggled mightily in this one finishing in single-digits now in two consecutive games, shooting a combined 3-for-12 (3-for-9 from three-point range) over the past two games. As a player who is primarily a defender slash three-point specialist if his shot isn't falling he offers little value. With Kawhi Leonard back in the lineup Green may also see a dip in rebound production. Going forward Green carries little value, especially when he is slumping as he is now.
