Tony Parker struggles with shot Tuesday night

by Christopher Berg | Wed, Dec 13th 9:54am EST

Tony Parker finished with six points on 3-for-9 shooting and missing both of his three-point attempts in Tuesday night's 95-89 loss to the Mavericks. Parker did record five rebounds, three assists and one steal in 24 minutes of playing time. His 24 minutes are his highest since his return from injury on November 27.

Fantasy Impact:

Over the past five games, Parker is averaging eight points, three rebounds and four assists. While he continues to work his way back from injury it may be best to leave him out of lineups right now. It is encouraging he logged the most minutes he's played so far this season Tuesday night and he's shown he can still fill up the stat sheet even if his shot leaves him. With the return of Kawhi Leonard, it's possible Parker could find himself producing more assists as the next few games allow both players to work back from injury.
