Vince Carter will start on Sunday against the Raptors with Zach Randolph and De'Aaron Fox out of the lineup. Carter will start with George Hill, Kosta Koufus, Willie Cauley-Stein and Garrett Temple. (Josh Lewenberg on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Carter is firmly in the DFS discussion with both Fox and Randolph out of the lineup. Willie Cauley-Stein and George Hill are also solid DFS plays with the injuries and rest to key players. Don't forget Buddy Hield either.
