Pau Gasol puts up dud Wednesday night

by Christopher Berg | Thu, Jan 4th 12:29pm EST

Pau Gasol was shutout on 0-for-4 shooting in Wednesday night's 112-106 loss to the 76ers. He recorded three rebounds and four assists in his 13 minutes of playing time. This marked the third time he's finished a game with zero points and has now gone two consecutive games with less than 10 rebounds. His 13 minutes mark his lowest playing time of the season.

Fantasy Impact:

This was quite a disappointing performance for Gasol whose been red hot as of late. Granted it was the second night of a back-to-back which is tough for an aging player, he still should've found production in a starting five that included three backups. Proceed with caution when it comes to Gasol as he's now produced two consecutive games with less than 10 rebounds and under 45 percent shooting, which could mean the end of his hot streak.
