Jakob Poeltl double-doubles against the Cavs

Jakob Poeltl scored 12 points on 63 percent shooting from the field during Toronto's 133-99 win over the Cavaliers on Thursday. Poeltl added 12 rebounds and three blocks in 26 minutes of action off the bench.
Fantasy Impact:
With Serge Ibaka out due to a one-game suspension and the Raptors routing the Cavs, Poeltl saw a great boost in minutes and opportunities on Thursday. As a result he put up his first double-double since October. Don't expect this to become a trend though.
