Fred VanVleet puts up team-high 22 points in win over Cavs

Fred VanVleet scored 22 points on 73 percent shooting from the field, including a remarkable 6-for-8 mark from deep, during Toronto's 133-99 rout of the Cavs on Thursday. VanVleet added four rebounds, four assists and one steal in 24 minutes off the bench.

Fantasy Impact:

VanVleet really took the reins for the Raptors in this one as he scored a season-high 22 points in Kyle Lowry's absence. No matter whether Lowry's been in or not, however, VanVleet has become a solid producer in the second unit, putting up at least 10 points in four of the six games so far in 2018. VanVleet won't be putting up 22 points when Lowry's back but he will continue to be a decent fantasy performer going forward.
