Myles Turner (elbow) will miss next four games

Myles Turner will miss the next four games with a ligament sprain and muscle strain in his right elbow. Luckily, Turner will not require surgery. Domantas Sabonis will start in his place with Al Jefferson backing him up. (NBA.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Sabonis and Victor Oladipo are must-starts whenever Turner is off the floor. Al Jefferson, Thaddeus Young, Lance Stephenson, and even TJ Leaf get a boost with Turner out.
