Malcolm Brogdon gets the starting nod, scores 16 points in Monday's win

by Travis Mathes | Trail Blazers Correspondent | Mon, Jan 15th 10:46pm EST

Malcolm Brogdon scored 16 points (5-of-11 field goals, 2-of-5 three-pointers, and 4-for-4 free throws), adding three rebounds and four assists throughout 37 minutes in Monday's 104-95 win against the Washington Wizards.

Fantasy Impact:

Brogdon has seen an increased role in recent weeks, with coach Jason Kidd exploiting his scoring ability and placing him back into the starting lineup. For the month of January, Brogdon has averaged 14.9 points in 35.1 minutes per game. For the Bucks to remain a threat in the East, Brogdon has to consistently play at a high-level and produce for his team. However, for fantasy purposes, Brogdon remains a fringe starter in all fantasy formats.
