DeMar DeRozan contributes 17 points against Pistons

DeMar DeRozan scored 17 points on 47 percent shooting from the field during the Raptors' Wednesday win. DeRozan added five dimes and a pair of boards in 37 minutes of action.
Fantasy Impact:
DeRozan failed to hit a three-pointer for the third straight game but did continue to prove his worth as a playmaker with another five-assist game. DeRozan is averaging the same amount of helpers as point guard Kyle Lowry (5.8) so far in January which is impressive, but his rebounding numbers are down from December and DeRozan has failed to swipe a steal in four of his last five games. Thankfully he's been averaging 30.8 points per game this month as well, so no need to fret about his fantasy production overall.
