Kris Dunn diagnosed with concussion

Kris Dunn has been diagnosed with a concussion following a hard fall he took in the fourth quarter of Wednesday's loss to the Warriors. Dunn also suffered chipped and dislocated teeth as he fell on his face coming down from a transition dunk off a steal. (Vincent Goodwill on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Dunn is not traveling with the team, which all but rules him out for Saturday's contest with the Hawks. Additionally, Dunn will have to go through the NBA's concussion protocol before he can return to the floor. With the return of Zach LaVine, the Bulls have options in replacing their starting point guard. If they opt to stay with the three-guard starting lineup, Jerian Grant would most likely see a start in Dunn's place. However, the Bulls could also move LaVine to point guard, and insert Denzel Valentine back into the starting lineup at small forward. Both Grant and Valentine should see more minutes regardless and could be used as bargain DFS plays if you go after one of the elite options in Saturday's nine-game slate.
