Lauri Markkanen grabs a career-high 17 boards in double-overtime loss

Lauri Markkanen scored 14 points on 5-for-12 shooting in Monday's 132-128 double-overtime loss to the Pelicans. Markkanen missed all four of his attempts from three and went 4-for-5 from the free throw line to go along with a career-high 17 rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and a steal in 40 minutes.
Fantasy Impact:
For the second straight game, Markkanen failed to make a three. He had made at least two threes in 12 straight games before that. Markkanen's ability to score inside and hard work on the boards bailed out his poor three-point shooting from a fantasy perspective. Keep rolling with Markkanen as he looks to extend his streak of games with double-digit points to 15 on Wednesday.
