Anthony Davis posts 19 points in Pelicans' win

Anthony Davis was limited to 19 points to match Jrue Holiday for the team lead in a well-balanced scoring attack by the Pelicans during their 101-96 victory over the Hornets on Wednesday night. Davis shot 7-for-16 from the field and a perfect 5-for-5 from the line while stuffing the stat sheet with six rebounds, four assists, three steals and a pair of blocks in 37 minutes.
Fantasy Impact:
Davis' 19-point effort was only his second game under 20 points in his last eight games, while his low rebound total (six) was his lowest mark since December 29th. Davis and the Pelicans await a marquee matchup against the Rockets on Friday night. Look for him to step up his play and fantasy production in that one.
