LaMarcus Aldridge (knee) ruled out through All-Star break

LaMarcus Aldridge has been ruled out through the All-Star break according to Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express News. Aldridge is undergoing routine treatment on his sore right knee. There isn't a concern for long time lingering effects, however.
Fantasy Impact:
With Aldridge being held out of all games until the All-Star break look for Davis Bertans and Joffrey Lauvergne to get extended minutes in his absence. Pau Gasol will also be asked to shoulder more of the load offensively so he sees a boost too.
