Fantasy Impact:
The seven-footer will now miss his fifth contest in a row due to his left hip pain. It's a bit unusual that a non-specific injury has kept the big man out of a handful of games, so this may be an approach by head coach Erik Spoelstra to rest Whiteside in advance of the postseason. The likes of Kelly Olynyk, James Johnson, Justise Winslow and Bam Adebayo will continue to man the frontcourt in his absence.
