Evan Turner (toe) will not play in Game 3

Evan Turner has been ruled out for Game 3 against the Pelicans with a toe injury on Thursday. Moe Harkless is going to start at the three and see plenty of minutes. (NBCS Northwest on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
With Turner out, Harkless benefits the most in value and in minutes so he's worth a look in DFS lineups if you're in need of a cheap value play.
