Jabari Parker agrees to two-year deal with Bulls

by Brad Richter | Sat, Jul 14th 8:11pm EDT

Just after the Bucks rescinded their qualifying offer that made Jabari Parker an unrestricted free agent, the Chicago Bulls reached an agreement with the forward for two-years and $40 million with the second year as a team option. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Parker, a Chicago native, will be heading home to play for a suddenly crowded Bulls frontcourt. Parker could become the starting SF for the Bulls this season as he tries to exceed 51 games for just the second time in his career after suffering two significant injuries during his first four years in the league. Parker has averaged 15.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game in his career. He could excel in Chicago this season if he can stay healthy.
