Tyrone Wallace signs offer sheet with Pelicans

The Pelicans and Tyrone Wallace agreed to an offer sheet including a two-year deal. If the Clippers don't match, Wallace could be looking at more minutes in New Orleans behind Elfrid Payton and Jrue Holiday. (Shams Charania on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
For Wallace, NOLA would be a better landing spot for him as the Clippers are filled with guard depth and Patrick Beverly returning. Wallace still isn't a fantasy option.
