J.J. Barea posts ten assists in loss to Suns

J.J. Barea cam off the bench and contributed nine points, ten assists, three rebounds and a steal in Wednesday nights loss to the Suns.
Fantasy Impact:
Barea shined leading the second unit as he reached double-digit asssits in only twenty minutes. Coach Rick Carlisle has trusted Barea to run his offense for years and it looks like this season will be no exception in the early going. He may eventually cede some playing time to rookie Jalen Brunson, but the two of them played together a lot on Wednesday and Barea largely dominated the ball during those times. Barea could be one of those rare bench players capable of producing significant stats to help your fantasy team, particularly in assists as he showed in Wednesdays season opener.
