Paul George's shooting struggles persist

by Jason Micklewright | Clippers Correspondent | Sat, Oct 20th 11:17am EDT

Paul George scored 20 points over 38 minutes on Friday in a 108-92 loss to the Clippers, with eight rebounds, four assists and two steals. George had a terrible first half, and overall shot a mere 7-for-27 (26 percent), and 3-for-11 (27 percent) on three-pointers. He did have a 13 point effort in the third quarter that helped the Thunder gain the lead, even though they couldn't sustain it.

Fantasy Impact:

George's percentages have been bad to start off the season, but because he's seeing 37+ minutes each game, he's still scoring 20+ points. Hopefully George can fix his shooting woes, but know that this trend could continue over the next few games, and factor that into your lineup selections. You're probably still playing him in seasonal leagues, but he might be a bit overpriced in DFS right now.
