Harrison Barnes scores 23 against former team

by Brian Ott | Kings Correspondent | Sun, Nov 18th 10:16am EST

Harrison Barnes scored 23 points to go along with eight rebounds and an assists during Saturday night's win over the Golden State Warriors.

Fantasy Impact:

Barnes was drafted by the Warriors and won a title with the team in 2015 before signing with the Mavericks in 2016, so getting the upset victory over his former team must have been extra special for Barnes, who was excellent in the game. Barnes was 7-for-14 from the floor, 7-for-11 from the line and 2-for-4 from three and his 23 points were only one behind Luka Doncic for the team-high. Barnes is averaging just 13.2 points on the season but he missed a portion of training camp and the beginning of the season recovering from a hamstring injury and may still be regaining his form. He has now scored at least 19 in the Mavericks last three games, so he may be starting to get his touch back and if someone dropped him in your league now is likely your last chance to pick him back up.
