Rudy Gay had a solid performance scoring 23 points, with 15 boards, two assists, and one block and steal each. His points scored was 10 points above his season average and his 15 boards was eight over this seven per game average.
Fantasy Impact:
Gay's inconsistencies makes him very hard to trust on a daily basis, giving him a dismal floor. However, his ability to drop a double-double and provide numbers in four to five statistical categories gives him a high ceiling. He should be rostered in standard leagues and a starter in deeper leagues.
