Patrick McCaw will sign with the Toronto Raptors

Patrick McCaw and the Toronto Raptors reached an agreement on Wednesday on a one-year deal worth the minimum at $786,000. The NBA is looking into the Cleveland deal with McCaw who lasted only a week in Cleveland. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
McCaw isn't a fantasy option as he couldn't even crack the rotation in Cleveland who continues to sit JR Smith while playing the likes of Cedi Osman, Rodney Hood, Alec Burks, and Jordan Clarkson. McCaw is a decent wing for the Raptors bench.
