Norman Powell surprisingly gets some run off bench

Norman Powell came off the bench on Wednesday night against the Celtics and managed to finish the game with 11 points while adding two steals, one rebound, and one assist in 24 minutes. Powell also was efficient from the floor as he went 5-for-9 from the field and 1-for-2 from three.
Fantasy Impact:
Powell isn't a fantasy option going forward unless the Raptors suffer an injury to one of their wing players. It's important to note that OG Anunoby didn't play in this one so Powell received some of his minutes.
