Fantasy Impact:
The Raptors are resting both Lowry and Kawhi Leonard for the second game of a back-to-back set. Fred VanVleet should move back into a starting role with Lowry out and be backed up by Delon Wright. Norman Powell should also see an uptick in usage and possible start with the Raptors being so short-handed.
