Fantasy Impact:
It's been back and forth this week with Carter's injury, but it looks like there is significant damage after a second opinion. The rookie hasn't officially declared he'll get surgery, but it's more than likely. Bobby Portis and Jabari Parker should see solid minutes in his absence while Robin Lopez could be worth an add despite the fact that he's on the trade block.
