Joel Embiid scored 31points in 33 minutes of action on Saturday night in a 117-115 home loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Embiid shot 11-of-19 from the field and knocked down 8-of-12 free-throw shots. Embiid also had eight rebounds, six assists, one block, and three turnovers in the game.
Fantasy Impact:
Embiid nearly missed the contest with back tightness, but managed to suit up for fantasy owners in a chippy back-and-forth matchup against OKC. Needless to say, he had another great game and is a must-play all the time. Look for Embiid to continue his incredible season on Monday night against the Houston Rockets, which should be a shootout full of fantasy greatness.
