Fantasy Impact:
This will be Leonard’s fourth straight missed game but the team insists that he is healthy and will return Friday night against the Rockets. It is a frustrating situation for fantasy owners who can only hope that the restrictions on Leonard’s playing time will be lifted as the season progresses.
