Kyle Lowry has been downgraded to doubtful which means he will miss another game due to a left ankle sprain. Freddie VanVleet is expected to play despite a thumb injury so he will start at the point. (NBA.com)
Fantasy Impact:
With Lowry out, Kawhi Leonard and Marc Gasol will be leading the way against the Pistons on Sunday with Pascal Siakam, Serge Ibaka, Danny Green, and VanVleet getting a boost. VanVleet is a solid option in all leagues.
