Fantasy Impact:
There's no reason to delay surgery with the Suns playing for nothing more than their draft lottery odds. Oubre enjoyed a breakout season in 2019 and became a full-time starter for Phoenix in the second half. He will finish the season averaging 15.2 points-per-game, although he averaged over 20 a game after the All-Star break. Oubre is headed to restricted free agency.
