Blake Griffin (sprained left knee) is expected to miss the Pistons’ entire first-round playoff series. (Vincent Goodwill on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Griffin was ruled out for Sunday’s Game 1 against the Bucks and has missed five of the last eight regular season contests due to a sprained knee. He is currently day-to-day and is expected to miss the first round of the playoffs. Thon Maker is likely to replace Blake Griffin in the starting lineup and should see an uptick in minutes. Maker is not a relevant option in DFS.
