All-star point guard Kyrie Irving has been linked to the Brooklyn Nets for weeks. Irving is also expected to opt-out of his deal with his current team, the Boston Celtics. With this news, Steve Bullpit from the Boston Herald reported that Irving is prepared to sign with the Nets when he becomes a free agent in July. (Bleacher Report)

Fantasy Impact:

This would be a huge signing for the Nets. Brooklyn is also expected to try and keep guard D’Angelo Russell. This would form one the most dangerous backcourts in basketball while allowing Irving to play his natural style of basketball.
