Fantasy Impact:
This was a salary dump for Phoenix to unload Warren’s three-year, $35M contract to clear space. The Suns will likely have enough money to offer a max deal to a free agent, possibly D’Angelo Russell. The Pacers will still have enough cap space left to offer a max deal to a free agent even after taking on Warren.
