Emmanuel Mudiay to become unrestricted free agent

The New York Knicks will not give their guard Emmanuel Mudiay a qualifying offer, meaning he will become an unrestricted free agent on June 30th. (Ian Begley on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Knicks wanted to make available more cap space to free up more money for free agents like Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard, and Kyrie Irving. Mudiay averaged 14.8 points, 3.9 assists and 3.3 rebounds per game last season with the Knicks and could potentially be a solid fantasy asset if he signs somewhere else.
