Jonas Valanciunas will agree to three-year deal with Grizzlies

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Valanciunas will agree to a three-year, $45M deal with the Grizzlies when free agency opens. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Valanciunas declined his $17.6M player option for the upcoming season to become a free agent, but the move was always seen as a way to get a new deal done and stay in Memphis. The big man averaged 19.9 points and 10.7 boards in 19 games for the Grizzlies last season, and he’ll be a key component to the new-look Memphis squad that just drafted Ja Morant and traded Mike Conley.
