Tim Frazier signs with the Pistons

Fantasy Impact:
Frazier will come to Detroit as likely the third point guard behind Reggie Jackson and Derrick Rose. Frazier averaged 5.3 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 4.2 assists in 59 games for the Pelicans/Bucks last season.
