Fantasy Impact:
Matthews will help fill the void left by Malcolm Brogdon's departure. He should see quality minutes, and there's a chance he could be the everyday starting shooting guard. Matthews averaged 12.2 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 0.8 steals, and 2.2 triples made in 69 games for the Knicks/Mavericks/Pacers last season.
