Andre Iguodala is likely to pursue a buyout from the Memphis Grizzlies and sign with the Los Angeles Lakers. (NBC Sports )

Fantasy Impact:

Iguodala was traded to Memphis in a salary-clearing move for the Warriors, and he is likely to be bought out before playing for the Grizzlies. He’s scheduled to make $17.2M in 2019, but he will certainly take less than that in the buyout to become an unrestricted free agent. Lakers GM Rob Pelinka is Iguodala’s former agent, and Lakers forward LeBron James has had a strong interest in playing with Iguodala for years. The former Finals MVP and three-time champ with Golden State could provide a smart and professional veteran presence in the locker room, most likely at the low cost of the veteran’s minimum.
