by Zachary Hanshew | Grizzlies Correspondent | Thu, Nov 14th 6:17am EST
Ja Morant managed 23 points (10-15 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 11 assists, one steal and a rebound across 30 minutes in the Grizzlies’ 119-117 win over the Hornets on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Morant finished with his highest assist total of the season and his first NBA double-double. It was a nice night for the rookie in a close win, though he still committed four turnovers. He's putting together a well-rounded campaign, thanks to his averages of 18.3 points, 5.8 assists and 3.3 boards. His assist numbers should trend up as he gets more comfortable with professional play.
