Austin Rivers sets season-highs across the board

Austin Rivers registered 19 points (8-17 FG, 0-4 3 PT, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, three assists, a steal, and a block in 35 minutes of action, as the Rockets defeated the Timberwolves, 125-105.
Fantasy Impact:
With Eric Gordon sidelined with a knee injury and Russell Westbrook having a scheduled maintenance day, Rivers stepped up and performed admirably. However, Westbrook's return is imminent, and Rivers will likely have to return to the role of the sixth man. We'll know his exact duties on Monday when the Rockets take on the Trail Blazers.
