Daniel Gafford piled up 21 points (10-12 FG, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, two blocks and an assist over 20 minutes in the Bulls’ 115-101 loss to the Bucks on Monday.
Gafford burst onto the scene in Monday's loss, compiling career highs in minutes, points, rebounds and blocks. The former Razorback had seen just 13 minutes across four games this year while spending time in the G League, but he had his number called in this one. Luke Kornet will miss at least a week after having surgery to repair a sinus obstruction, and Gafford figures to be a fixture in the Bulls' rotation until the former returns. The rookie big is a deep-league add if you need help at center, as he should push for 20 minutes per game in the short-term.
