Kevin Porter Jr. fills stat sheet in first career start
by Zachary Hanshew | Tue, Nov 19th 6:49am EST
Kevin Porter Jr. went for 18 points (6-11 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 3-8 FT), four rebounds, two assists and a steal over 31 minutes in the Cavaliers’ 123-105 loss to the Knicks on Monday.
Fantasy Impact:
Porter Jr. got the starting nod with Kevin Love (back) and Larry Nance (thumb) out of action, and he filled up the stat sheet. The rookie out of USC hit three triples on his way to a career-high 18 points, and he was able to provide some nice ancillary stats in the process. If Nance and Love continue to miss time, look for the first-year man to see more minutes.
