Patrick Beverley provides massive stat line in tight win

by Zachary Hanshew | Bucks Correspondent | Thu, Nov 21st 6:04am EST

Patrick Beverley totaled 14 points (5-11 FG, 4-7 3Pt), 16 rebounds, seven assists, three steals and two blocks across 41 minutes in the Clippers' 107-104 OT win over the Celtics on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Excuse me? Beverley exploded in this one by pulling down a career-high 16 boards, while dishing to teammates and swarming on defense. Pat Bev has been a surprisingly productive starter this season, averaging 7.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.2 combined blocks/steals. His low point totals and pedestrian shooting percentages limit his overall value, but Beverley has big-game upside, as demonstrated Wednesday. He's just inside the top-120 in nine-cat leagues, and he'll look to stay hot when the Clippers face Houston on Friday.
