Brandon Ingram double-doubles in loss

by Zachary Hanshew | Pelicans Correspondent | Thu, Nov 28th 6:53am EST

Brandon Ingram went for 23 points (4-21 FG, 2-11 3Pt, 13-13 FT), 10 rebounds, two blocks and an assist over 40 minutes in the Pelicans' 114-110 loss to the Lakers on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Ingram provided a big double-double in the narrow loss, though he struggled tremendously from the floor. His shooting woes have been noted as of late, as he's shot just 39.6 percent from the floor across his last five games since returning to the lineup from a knee injury. Despite that poor mark from the floor, Ingram has averaged 25.8 points thanks to his 94.1 percent shooting from the charity stripe and 36.1 percent clip from downtown. He's also provided 7.4 boards, 4.2 assists and 2.0 combined blocks/steals in that span, so the poor shooting shouldn't be a concern.
