Bam Adebayo goes off for huge triple-double in win

by Zachary Hanshew | Heat Correspondent | Wed, Dec 11th 5:11am EST

Bam Adebayo accumulated a career-high 30 points (13-18 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 4-5 FT) to go with 11 assists, 11 rebounds and two steals across 44 minutes in the Heat’s 135-121 win over the Hawks on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Adebayo played through his groin injury Tuesday and gutted out his first career triple-double in the high-scoring affair, handing out a season-high in dimes. The third-year Kentucky product has taken enormous strides this season, establishing himself as a premier passing big and defender, while contributing consistently on offense. On the year, he's averaged 15.3 points, 10.5 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 2.5 combined blocks/steals, and he should be in serious consideration for Most Improved Player if these numbers hold.
