Gordon Hayward leaves game with a nose injury

Gordon Hayward did not return to Wednesday's loss to the Pacers after taking a hit to his nose. Hayward was struck in the face during the fourth quarter and quickly made his way to the locker room.
Fantasy Impact:
Gordon Hayward scored had nine points with one rebound and three assists in 25 minutes prior to the injury. According to A. Sherrod Blakely of NBC Sports Boston, Hayward had a headache after the game but isn't in the concussion protocol, though he'll receive additional testing Thursday.
