Lauri Markannen scored 22 in last night's win over the Hawks. In six games this month, he's averaging 18.7 points on 52.6% shooting and 43.5% 3-point shooting.
Fantasy Impact:
After surpassing 20 points only once in the month of November, December has been a bit kinder to Markannen as he's now scored 20+ points in four of six outings this month while averaging 12.8 points. While he is nearly non-existent in the passing game (1.7 assists), he's averaging 6.7 rebounds per game. If he can continue to improve his scoring while maintaining those rebounds, he should soon hit the level of production that you were hoping for what you drafted him.
