Jusuf Nurkic (leg) is expected to return in February

Jusuf Nurkic is expected to return around the All-Star in February after undergoing offseason leg surgery which has held him out so far this season. Hassan Whiteside will remain the starter until Nurkic returns. (The Athletic)
Fantasy Impact:
Whiteside will certainly lose some value once Nurkic returns but we expect him to lose out the most down the stretch of games in the fourth quarter. Nurkic can be a solid IR bench player for the tail end of fantasy seasons.
