Malik Monk suffered a left hip contusion in Wednesday's loss against the Cavaliers and did not return. (Charlotte Hornets on Twitter)

Monk totaled five points (2-4 FG, 1-1 3Pt) and two rebounds across 12 minutes before exiting. The significance of his injury is unknown and he is currently day-to-day. Monk will be re-evaluated in the next few days and is considered questionable for Saturday's tilt against the Jazz.
