Chris Paul scores 25 points in Saturday's win over Timberwolves

by Dave Kluge | Warriors Correspondent | Sat, Jan 25th 10:31pm EST

Chris Paul scored 25 points on 10-of-18, missing both three-point attempts and making all five free throws. He grabbed four rebounds and dished 10 assists over 32 minutes.

Fantasy Impact:

This is the fourth straight game that Paul has been outscored by backup point guard Dennis Schroder. Even in that time though, Paul hasn't scored less than 18 points. Much like Paul was able to co-exist with James Harden last year, he and Schroder are doing the same now. Paul has recorded two double-doubles in January and is averaging 18.3 points, 5.4 rebounds, six rebounds, and 1.6 steals this month. Even if he is traded at the deadline his talent will make him a valuable fantasy asset wherever he lands. The Thunder will look to extend their five-game win streak on Monday against the Mavericks.
